Multi-tiered program provides comprehensive_x000D_ training for a wide range of applications that demonstrate DirectIP™ simplicity_x000D_ and performance

IDIS has_x000D_ opened a dedicated and purpose-built training and demonstration centre at its London_x000D_ facilities, following the launch earlier this year of its DirectIP™ full-HD surveillance_x000D_ solutions. Using a range of cameras and NVRs, customers can join the monthly_x000D_ DirectIP™ sessions or book a dedicated training slot on demand. First level_x000D_ training, designed for 8-32 channel installers and users, provides participants_x000D_ with all the skills they need for operating and installing DirectIP™ solutions_x000D_ in just half a day.

Greg Kulesza, Technical Manager at IDIS,_x000D_ commented, “The training sessions really prove that DirectIP™ does exactly what_x000D_ it says on the tin; plug-and-play simplicity and high-performance full-HD_x000D_ surveillance. We provide each participant with an NVR and two-cameras, then I step_x000D_ out to make a cup of tea and when I come back, they have it installed with live_x000D_ streaming.  Despite protests and_x000D_ proclaiming a lack of technical ability, two gentlemen from a well-known_x000D_ security magazine tried it out last week and they were up and running in a_x000D_ couple of minutes!”

A choice of two further and more in-depth_x000D_ training sessions are available for large to enterprise-wide applications, covering_x000D_ sophisticated features such as fail-safe redundancy, multi-site monitoring plus_x000D_ the enterprise-level IDIS video management solution.
