A. The rear PoE group MAX specifications for DR-2308/2316 products are as follows.

#1. Port 1~4 : total 37W

#2. Port 5~8 : total 37W

The total port is 74W and the rated usage is 50W.

If over 50W is used, the 48V adapter life is not guaranteed.

A. There won't be problem in the snow-covered image.

However, if there is a snowman or a snowy, it can cause misrecognized problems.

A. No, IDIS Mobile Plus doesn't support Playback Audio yet.

A. Because the status is notified to the FEN server every 3 minutes, the connection is maintained.

A. When installing and operating ISS on a cloud server such as Azure, the basic h/w information of the server could be changed, [Cloud authentication method] must be used for the license registration method.
If customer uses the license type, ISS is designed to accept and update the authentication method from the cloud server from time to time to maintain License authentication.

A. Queue Monitoring is literally a function that measures how long people wait in line in places with a lot of waiting, such as restaurants and super market.

Also, through the VA Dashboard, you can monitor the day/week/month/year unit queue data and check the congestion level by period.

A : Yes, they can use the same login information, if one channel is just created on ISS, one of the apps is able to be registered,
But another will be failed to register, because the channel will be full.

In this case, the one channel for app2 needs to be created. 

A : first of all, It requires IDIS Mobile camera channel on ISS in advance, and then the Mobile camera accesses Admin service.
Then, the image traffic flows to Mobile Camera => ISS Mobile service => ISS Streaming service => Live view or ISS Recording service 

A : for this, Admin, Streaming, Monitoring, Mobile service must be installed. And Recording service is also required for the recording.
 

Q. The DV-1304 is not directly connected to the NVR, it is connected to the switch.

A. By any chance, what is the PoE power consumption of the switch?
If the switch supports 802.3af, it may not provide enough power and cause malfunctions such as restart. Please check whether the device supports 802.3at.

In the past, you could select which interface (LAN, RS232, 485, etc.) to use in the Text-In setting within the Event, but in the recently released new firmware, this part has been organized and functionally separated.

Changes
- Add Device Type/Port settings to be used in TextIn in advance in "DEVICE->Connector" as shown below, and then
Changed the way to select the Connector to use in "Event->Text-In".

A : RAID should not be used in DV-3100, and only one HDD is allowed to store DB.

This phenomenon occurs occasionally in devices using Windows operating system, but there are cases where the set resolution is reflected only in the UI.

In this case,
Instead of changing in "Display Settings" that appears when right-clicking on the desktop, try changing the resolution in the graphics card settings. (Example: "NVIDIA Control Panel", "Intel R Graphics Settings")
When changing, please change to 30Hz for UHD (3840x2160) and 60Hz for FHD (1920x1080).
