Our customer has to record with ISS in the cloud. The cloud recording servers are located in the Pacific time zone but the local stores / cameras are located all over the US in 4 different time zones.
How will this affect the event recording and searching? 
For example, an event occurs in New York at 8am - which is 5am in Pacific time. Now when the investigator comes to work in California at 9am Pacific, he searches for the event which occurred at 8am. If I am correct, that will be actually searching for an event at 11am Eastern?

A. 

The Time follows Admin service's time.

So, if the camera is in New York at 8am, and Recorder Server is in Pacific zone at 5am. 
the time goes to depending on the where Admin service(ADM) is at. 
if the ADM is in Pacific zone, the footage time of camera records as 5am.
if the ADM is in New York, the footage time of camera records as 8am.

Because the time follows ADM service time, so it may need to adjust the time setting on ADM server if you need.
 

 1. IDIS Center, ISS Client:

The maximum number of monitors per PC is not limited

-> It is determined by the number of monitors in the display settings of the OS. (can be increased as many as the number of graphics cards can support)

 2. ISS Video Wall Agent : Supports up to 6 monitors

Only for ISS license registered in Online mode,
If the WAN network is disconnected, the license is maintained for 14 days.
After that, if the Admin service is restarted, it will change to "Demo Expired", so be careful.

Q : I am currently using IDLA 16ch x IP camera. Additionally, I am trying to build a Person Match,
I would like to know if I need to purchase an additional VA License or if I can currently use Person Match as much as 16ch.

A : The ISS VA license includes the number of Person Match licenses as much as the number of VA licenses.

That is, if you have 16ch x VA License, it is equivalent to having the following license.(regardless of pre-processed mode and recorded footage mode)
- IDLA service X 16ch
- Person Match x 16ch

Yes, Person Match search is only possible for one user, that is, one session.
When the Person Match tab is closed, the session is terminated and immediately available to other users.

If the user does not take any additional actions for 30 minutes after the Person Match search is finished,
Session is automatically terminated and can be used by other users after that.
 

IDIS SSM mobile app will remain to support legacy devices.

The maximum number of IDIS Center Emergency Event Panel Event Count is 100,000.

The Instant Recording data is stored in the same way as event recording. Older data is overwritten sequentially with new data. Please refer to the ISS manual for more information.

The service port of ISS Web service is 8080. Because, basically, most of the other web services use 80 port as default. 

1. Remove the Wibu Key and remove the Wibu Key driver from Programs. (If the WibuKey was plugged in while installation, reinstallation will not restore it.)
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Reinstall ISS.
4. After installation is complete, plig the Wibu Key.

Yes. it does. 
VMware ESXi 6.0 is supported from ISS v2.6.0 or over. 
Hyper-V is supported from ISS v3.2.4 or over.
 - The Windows OS varies depending on the Host, Guest.
 - Hyper-V Host OS: Windows8, Windows10, Server 2016.
 - Guest OS: Windows7 SP1, Windows8.1, Windows10, Server2016. (Windows Server 2008 is not supported from ISS v3.5.0)

You can use the 'Reset Floating Tab' feature. 
When you right-click on the top of the mainframe tab and click 'Reset Floating Tab' in the context menu, you can combine either all the tabs or one by one.
