In addition, to prevent malfunction due to noise, it is operated when the input value is maintained at least 2 frames.

A. The rear PoE group MAX specifications for DR-2308/2316 products are as follows.

#1. Port 1~4 : total 37W

#2. Port 5~8 : total 37W

The total port is 74W and the rated usage is 50W.

If over 50W is used, the 48V adapter life is not guaranteed.

A: IDIS NVR stores 10000 lines of log.

On Smartguard, right click on time bar and change time. This is the correct way to set time on the product.

It is done auto matically, when the faulty HDD is replaced. Please note that HDD bay should be the same and the replacement HDD should be compatible with IR-300

1. Full Sequence mode : All Channels will be switched to selected division-screen.

2. Camera Sequence mode : The selected division-screen is the reference and only one screen at the bottom(the last ch) will be switched.

There are no limitations or differences in each port.

You can disable 2FA by email authentication or UPR(User Password Reset) function.
 - To use email authentication, the FEN setup must be configured. 
 - To use the UPR function, the UPR file must be saved in advance.

It means NVR memory is not enough. This can be caused when the cameras might be not compatible with the NVR.

IDIS NVR receives alarm and video through the same port. (8201)
If you want to use the 3rd party camera with IDIS NVR to receive an alarm, please match the camera alarm ​port to 8201.

This error often reported with an email account provided by Google Gmail.
To resolve it, go to Google account -> Personal setting and Untick Unknown Source Checkbox

The relevant sign appears when the bandwidth of the port is exceeded.

The recorder system checks whether the bandwidth is exceeded with minimal information as long as there is no load on the system.

This is related to H/W performance limitation. The recorders have been designed to optimize for the live/recording performance, so Text-in is supported up to 16 in 32 channel recorders.
