We’re excited to announce that IDIS is set to acquire Costar Technologies, Inc., a U.S. surveillance products company. A "Merger Agreement” has been unanimously approved by the boards of directors of each of IDIS and Costar. The merger is expected to close during the second quarter of 2023, subject to approval by the Costar shareholders and the satisfaction of customary conditions to closing. Leveraging Costar's established sales channels in the U.S. significantly boosts IDIS' growth strategy, founded on building long-term relationships with systems integrators.
